Shipping policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lumina Lynn currently ships within the continental United States using trusted shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier performance.
Please note that Lumina Lynn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at luminalynnapparel@gmail.com so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation. Packages must be in transit for a minimum period as required by the carrier before a claim can be filed.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lumina Lynn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.
